Deposit & Booking Policy 1. Deposit Requirement •A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your appointment. •The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. 2. Payment Methods •Deposits can be paid via [Cash App / Zelle / Apple Pay / Card / ] •Appointments will not be confirmed until the deposit is received. 3. Rescheduling •You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance •Your deposit will be transferred to the new date one time only. •If you reschedule more than once, a new deposit will be required. 4. Cancellations & No-Shows •Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in loss of your deposit. •No-shows forfeit the deposit and may be required to pay in full before rebooking. 5. Late Arrivals •A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. After that, your appointment may be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. 6. Non-Refundable •Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows.
